By visiting our website and accessing or purchasing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the following terms and conditions as stated in this policy (hereafter referred to as ‘User Agreement’). This agreement is in effect as of January 1, 2023. We reserve the right to change this User Agreement from time to time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this User Agreement periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms and conditions.

PURCHASING

Carroll Arms LLC reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any reason.

All payments are processed immediately upon placement of order. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to know and be in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to selling, transferring, possessing, transporting, or using a firearm, magazine, and ammunition in the locality in which the customer resides.

All firearms must be shipped to a FFL dealer. All silencers must be shipped to a FFL dealer with a valid SOT.

Contact your local FFL before ordering a firearm or silencers to verify their transfer fee and to ensure they will receive your transfer. The customer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned firearms or silencers due to your chosen FFL refusal or failure to receive. Please follow all directions prompted to you at checkout. This will ensure speedier delivery. If your chosen FFL is not available at the time of delivery, the package will not be held at the carrier hub and will be returned to Carroll Arms LLC.

All firearms and silencers will be shipped to the address on the FFL license. All licenses will be validated through FFL EZ Check and must match exactly to avoid delays and cancellation. It is the responsibility of the dealer to ensure that CARROLL ARMS has an updated copy of their FFL license. Send FFL and SOT copies to [email protected]

There will be a 30% restocking fee for all controlled items returned due to a failed background check or a denied underage purchase.

No sales of any merchandise to: Alaska, Chicago, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Washington D.C and Puerto Rico.

No ammunition, third-party items ( Drop Ship ) or any firearms will be shipped to a Post Office Box. 

If you order a handgun, stockless shotgun, complete AR or AK receiver, or stripped lower receiver, YOU MUST be:

1. A legal resident of the state in which you are ordering.
2. 21 years of age or older to complete the transfer through your FFL.

Exceptions: Military personnel stationed in a state other than their legal residence may purchase firearms across state lines. Contact your local FFL receiving the transfer as you may have to provide proof of deployment, residence, etc.

RETURNS

All sales of firearms, ammunition, silencers, are final, and returns, refunds or exchanges are not accepted. Orders shipped to a FFL and transferred are final upon shipment.

After purchasing firearms, ammunition, and silencers, if you discover any issues or problems, please refer to the Manufacturer’s Warranty. If you need assistance with returning a firearm to the manufacturer for warranty work/repair Carroll Arms LLC will be glad to assist you.

We can accept returns on all other items within 10 days of delivery so long as the item is in new condition and is returned in the manufacturer’s original packaging. Packaging must be unopened and undamaged. We do not issue a refund for the original shipping cost, as the carrier has already rendered their services.

WEBSITE TERMS

Carroll Arms LLC makes it a priority to provide accurate and up-to-date product information and specifications for items listed for sale on this website; however, errors and changes in circumstance do occur.

All information is provided “As-Is” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. In no event shall Carroll Arms LLC be liable for an special, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from any use or performance of or content errors or omissions in the information, even if notified in advance of the potential for such damages.

All users of the information agree that access to any use of the information is subject to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws, and such access and use is at the user’s own risk.

Carroll Arms LLC reserves the right to edit, change, or clarify descriptions at any time to correct errors in product listings or reflect changes in circumstance. In the event of inaccuracies in the description of an item, we reserve the right to remove the conflicting information once notified. We make no warranty on the accuracy of a product listing when a conflict in the product information is present.
