GrovTec pull tests this swivel up to 450 pounds. That is the number to look at if you hang a loaded rifle from a sling, and it is why GrovTec calls it “heavy duty.” The finish is a non-glare manganese phosphate coating, so it has a flat, matte look with no shine to catch the light.
